Abstract
This research is delimited to computer competences required for electronic examinations in Enugu Study Centres of National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). The population consisted of all 428 students of NOUN in study centres in Enugu State. Results revealed that the extent to which NOUN students in urban and rural study centres possess computer competencies in word processing and internet research were low.
